I would high suggest/recommend when technician comes out to repair a working appliance with the customers food in it that they at least wash their hands before touching the customers food or preferably use sanitary gloves. Also it’s probably not the best idea to test the outside fridge water dispenser and let the water run down the fridge to the floor. The tone and diagnoses of the technician was very condescending.
